This material is comprised of a perfect blend of sequins and beading over a quality tulle.
Tulle measures 57" wide (side-to-side) and is sold by the yard (36 inches in length). Beading and embellishments are sew onto the tulle.
Tulle has a very nice stretch to fit all styles and designs.
